Each year JBead Foundation will gather as many corporations, companies, communities, educational institutions, and businesses to create opportunities for young professionals from diverse backgrounds. Our task is to build partnerships between the public and private sector, higher education, congress and assembly members, community leaders, major corporations, foundations, local and national business leaders. The ties between industry and academia allow a valuable interchange of ideas and energy which are key to building sustainable corporate structures in the community.

  • A registration form is required from each company/group If you wish to make a reservation by a specific date TBA. If you don’t have the names of the individuals that will attend, write “to be named” in the name fields of the form and then notify us once your attendee list is finalized. Your reservation form must be in our office (not mailed) and payment made by deadline: TBA.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received after TBA are subject to a $150 service charge per person. Cancellations made after the final cut-off date TBA will result in FULL CORPORATE GROUP TABLE FEE. Companies and/or persons who sign up for the conference group table package, but do not attend will be charged the full registration price. Substitutions or name changes can be made at any time.
